The Delia Group of Schools' Inter-School English Challenge 2024-2025 held at Broadway was a resounding success, with everyone contributing to the event’s smooth execution. The competition featured two exciting events: the Scrabble Showdown and the Reverse Charade Frenzy, both designed to challenge students’ vocabulary, creativity, and teamwork.

 

In the Scrabble Showdown, contestants competed in pairs to form high-scoring words under time constraints, demonstrating strategic thinking and quick decision-making. In the Reverse Charade Frenzy, teams acted out words and phrases without speaking or using sounds, relying solely on gestures and body language. Both events tested not only the students’ skills but also their ability to collaborate under pressure, and they rose to the occasion with enthusiasm and sportsmanship.

 

Thanks to the tireless efforts of the teachers and staff, the event was well-organized and ran efficiently. The contestants showed remarkable talent and teamwork, impressing the adjudicators with their creativity and performance. This competition would not have been the success it was without the collective support of all parties involved. Congratulations to everyone for making this such a memorable day!
